This lender-match tool is offered by Jordan Avery of Maple Key Mortgages Inc. and operated on their behalf by LenderSearch (a Prometheus Labs service, Kitchener, Ontario, Canada). It helps you see which Canadian mortgage lenders you may be a fit for and understand your options. We keep what is collected to a minimum and we are plain about how it is used.
What is collected
- Your questionnaire answers: general details such as your province and city, your goal (buy, refinance, renew, build, or reverse mortgage), property type and use, price/value and down payment (or mortgage balance) as figures, the number of applicants and each applicant's status/employment/income, your credit score range, other monthly debt, and your rate/amortization/feature preferences. No SIN, no banking details, and no credit pull, ever. Your answers are used to compute your estimates and match you to lenders; the raw answers themselves are not stored.
- Your contact details (only if you request your report): your email address (required) and, optionally, your name and phone number.
- Your report: the computed results (your figures, your matches, and general categories like your goal, province, and credit range) are kept so your report link works and so Jordan Avery can help you with it.
What is never asked for
Your Social Insurance Number, your bank account details, or any payment information: this tool is entirely free. If anything here ever asks you for those, it is not us.
Sharing with Jordan Avery
This is the part to understand before you request your report. When you ask for your emailed report, your contact details and your report (including the general categories above) are delivered to Jordan Avery at Maple Key Mortgages Inc., who may follow up to help you act on your matches. That is the purpose of the request form and it is stated on the form. If you only use the questionnaire and calculators without requesting the report, no contact details are collected at all.
How your answers are used
Your answers are checked against the lender database to find likely matches. To rank those matches and write the plain-language reasons you see, your answers are processed by a trusted third-party AI service provider under contract. That provider may use your answers only to return your results (never for advertising, its own purposes, or to improve its own systems) and does not sell them.
Marketing emails (optional)
If you tick the optional box to receive mortgage tips and updates from Jordan Avery, a record of that consent (your email, the date, and the exact wording you agreed to) is kept as proof of consent under Canada's anti-spam law while your consent remains active. The box is never pre-ticked, every such email includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can withdraw consent at any time by contacting either address below.
How long information is kept
Match sessions that never request a report are deleted automatically within 7 days. If you request your report, it is kept for up to one year so the link in your email keeps working. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time (below).
Who else handles it
Your information is never sold or rented. Beyond Maple Key Mortgages Inc., it is handled only by the services needed to run this tool: a secure AI matching provider (ranking and explaining your matches) and Cloudflare (secure hosting and email delivery). Each handles your data only to provide its service.
Cookies and tracking
No advertising or tracking cookies are used. The hosting provider may set cookies that are strictly necessary for security.
Your choices

Changes
This policy may be updated from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
Maple Key Mortgages Inc. is accountable for the personal information it receives about you; LenderSearch (Prometheus Labs) is accountable for the information handled by the tool itself.
